Thanks, Aatika. I sat the GRE a few years back and assuming the maths component hasn’t changed too much since then, I’d advise you to revisit the high school syllabus. Have you tried Khan Academy? It should help to identify and sytematically address your knowledge gaps. To further reduce anxiety, I always advise students to simulate exam conditions — i.e. get some practice papers and sit them under timed conditions. Don’t stress about the scores right away (but use them to self-diagnose any other gaps); the purpose is to normalise the experience.

But also make time for the joyous aspects of mathematics like problem solving. Check out YouCubed, which contains a repository of interesting problems, along with articles on how to overcome your maths anxiety. Remember, nothing is fixed — you can smash your GRE and develop a love for maths at the same time!
